Valentina Guerrero

Experience in dispute resolution, in international investment arbitration, particularly in the mining and financial services sectors, and in State defense strategies in petitions and cases before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

Lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the Externado de Colombia University. He has the International Litigation certification from the Externado University of Colombia in 2020 and 2021 and the certification in Central Issues of the Inter-American Human Rights System in 2020 from the same university. He participated in multiple moot courts representing the Externado de Colombia University in its national and international rounds, including: the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in its 2020 and 2022 versions and the Judicial Simulation Competition before the International Criminal Court in its 2022 version in The Hague, Netherlands.
